The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked fine, but be sure to have a data plan or eSIM so that you can connect with the property and order Ubers, especially when you first get in, as the WiFi in the airport can be very spotty.

The hotel was in a great location and breakfast was good. The hotel room was very small.

The bed was fine, but the closet and the floor were quite dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in my room.

This place was absolutely ADORABLE and AMAZING to stay in! From the moment I booked, I knew I had made the right choice. They immediately thanked me for choosing them, and their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process stress-free. The night before check-in, they sent detailed instructions, so I knew exactly what to expect. When we arrived, we were greeted by a representative from the building who personally checked us in and escorted us to the elevator. We stayed in Apartment 11F, and let me tell you—it was even cuter than the pictures! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with just about everything you could need for a comfortable vacation. One of my favorite features was that it had TWO bathrooms! That’s almost unheard of for a one-bedroom apartment and was one of the biggest reasons I booked it. (Just remember to pack your own washcloths and a towel for the pool.) The location couldn’t have been better. There’s a casino directly across the street, and you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and plenty of places to eat in every direction you walk. We felt safe exploring the area, and honestly, Panama as a whole made us feel very comfortable. If you’re thinking about booking this place, DO IT! You won’t regret it. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and overall experience were top-notch. I’ll definitely be looking for this host anytime I vacation overseas again. They truly made
